Every September, we invite a handful of alums from around the country representing picks from Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurants issue for a once-a-year opportunity to break bread with the magazine’s editorial team and some of their favorite chefs. This year, the bold flavors of Brandon Jew (Mr. Jiu’s, San Francisco) meet the sandwich magnificence of Mason Hereford (Turkey and the Wolf, New Orleans) alongside the dynamic Korean-American duo Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark (Parachute, Chicago) plus a surprise guest from the 2018 Bon Appétit Hot 10 list hand-picked by Restaurant Editor Julia Kramer and her team. This dinner is always too hot to handle and sells out fast.
