Thompson literally wrote the book on Thai Street Food, and oversaw Nahm in Bangkok for a decade, earning two Michelin stars and recognition among The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Andy Ricker’s Pok Pok remains a top spot on Portland’s culinary pilgrimage, and Ricker has earned two James Beard awards. Join Andy and David for an intimate dinner that explores the fundamentals of Thai curries and cooking over charcoal. Two seatings are available for this very intimate, up-close-and-personal affair.
Please note: There will be a 5:30pm seating and a 8:00pm seating for this dinner. Both seatings are the same price and you will be able to purchase a ticket for your preferred seating time.
