James Beard Award-winner and Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World,” Chef Barbara Lynch (Menton, Boston) is regarded as one of Boston’s – and the country’s – leading chefs and restaurateurs. Kristen Murray (Maurice, PDX), a disciple of Lynch’s kitchen earlier in her career, is the mastermind of Maurice, a modern pastry luncheonette bound by old-world charm, honored by Bon Appétit’s Best New Restaurants in America. Chef Katy Millard (Coquine, PDX), 2017 James Beard Award Finalist and Oregonian “Restaurant of the Year,” cooks delicious, thoughtful and seasonal food.
