Chef Carlo Lamagna (Clyde Common, PDX) returns to Feast once again to pair the flavors of the Philippines with PDX’s favorite things: craft spirits and all things pork. This year, Chef Lamagna and his culinary friends, chefs Alvin Cailan (Eggslut, Los Angeles) and Isa Fabro (Unit 120, Los Angeles), will host a fiesta to demonstrate the art of Lechon (whole roasted pig). Expect a grand family-style meal highlighting the different regions of the Philippines plus a tea-inspired course by Smith Tea’s Tony Tellin, accompanied by creative libations from Multnomah Whiskey Library alum and House Spirits Distillery guru Jordan Felix. His cocktails will showcase Portland’s finest craft spirits: Westward American Single Malt Whiskey, Krogstad Aquavit, Volstead Vodka and Casa Magdelena rum.
